AMISH BUILT LOG CABINS

This building can be used as a garden shed, warming shed, utility shed, work shop, pond or pool shed or changing room. The square timber log structure is built by an Amish log cabin builder. Our Amish cabins are built with 5”x8” square white pine logs and 1 ¼” thick white pine planks for the roof and porch. The bottom logs and floor joists are of the best quality treated lumber. The windows on models are barn sash type how ever you can choose the type you want in a custom order. The door is a heavy duty hand made solid pine 32” wide door unless otherwise specified in an order.  The sub floor is ¾” tongue and groove plywood leaving you the option of finishing with what you like. We offer red pine, ash, red oak if you want it. This model is 14’ x 20’ outside dimension with an 8-12 pitch roof giving you a loft with a fair amount of head clearance. The porch is 18’ long and 6’ wide with a 7’ overhang. The roof is steel and has a 30 year warranty on the finish. The logs will be treated with a five-in-one sealer with several colors to choose from, the color of this model is still the natural color. The logs will be chinked with a state of the art quality material that is designed to stay flexible and endure the weather also offered in several colors. The logs are fastened with 3/16”x 10” log screws making for a strong and sturdy structure. We offer any size building up to 14 feet wide and 28 feet long. Most projects are finished and ready to be delivered completely assembled to your site in about 4 weeks from the date of your order. Most listed prices may include delivery up to 75-100 miles. Customer is required to pay 50% down before construction begins and have building site prepared for building to be set on, a slab or compacted gravel work well. The building will be delivered on a trailer completely assembled and ready to use. You will need about an 18 foot wide drive way to get to your selected building site.  Please call for pricing.
